Have you tried wiping the handheld using javaloader and then reloading the Operating system again?

There is no reset button, the wiping using javaloader command is the equivalent to resetting it. But you need to have a lot of different software installed on your machine to do this. Desktop manager (comes in a cd with your BB or downloadable from RIM itself), Operating System from either RIM or your carrier, javaloader software. You are going to have to do a lot of searching here. Start by using the search button looking for javaloader. That is a start.
