Default Hide Unread Filed Messages

Please Login to Remove!

I want to be able to hide all of my messages that are filed if they are UNREAD or read.

I have read all the posts that tell you to select Hide Filed Messages but in my preferences it says "Hide Read Filed Messages". This actually does hide all of the read filed messages but that is not the behavior I want. I have a BB 9630 v 5.0.0.591 on a BES (not sure which version).

An alternative solution would be to have my inbox be the default folder rather than "Desktop" but this appears to be impossible as well.

I would really like to have all of my folders available on my blackberry but be able to view only my inbox easily.

Thanks in advance for you help.
