Need help with recovering group in BBM

I updated my OS and now can't get the BB Groups to recover. It keeps saying "in progress" and times out to "all the members are offline". I only have one group with maybe 15 members. I've done a battery pull, but still the same things continue to happen.

Can anyone help with this? TIA
