Hi All

We have recently introduced Blackberries into our business, and currently have 5 7290's out there. Periodically (approx once every few days on average) the blackberry freezes and we are unable to do anything except drop the battery to reset, or hold down the "star" on/off button. When the "star" button is held down, we receive the message "JUN error 200". Once the device reboots all is good until the next time it freezes.

Anyone else experiencing the same issue, and more importantly, anyone else know how to stop this happening?

Are you experiencing the issue on one or multiple BlackBerry. Try wiping one BlackBerry and see if it helps. If not, reload the OS on that device.

Happening on all. I have reinstalled OS on one of them, but still the same error.
