| Sync Problem with BB Desktop 6 Please Login to Remove! Hey Folks,
Hope to find some help: I cannot sync my agenda/contacts with Outlook any more since I installed the new Desktop Manger 6. I use Windows XP and Outlook 2002. The BB does connect, but when click on "Configurate settings" it stops and reports an "unknown error", just at the moment when the window says "Loading Action-Engine" or something like that (I use the German version). Could somebody give me a hint please? I already disinstalled and reinstalled. I also changed the name and deleted the "Research in Motion" folder under "C:/...Application Data"... Nothing helped. Thanks a lot! |
