I used a blackberry in a different country with a different SIM card, now when i got back home with i cannot validate my email to work again,its showing a message that the username or pass is wrong !!



I've checked my password online and its OK. Any comments on this issue ?

How did you configure the BB in the other country? It sounds like the old password is still on the BB. You may need to remove the email and reload it or go to the BIS site to redo the info.

Am having the same problem too ??i have even try to get the email off and redo it but is not working. What else should i do pls. I want my email set up and my contacts back pls. Thanks
