Default application loader - 01-16-2005, 09:47 AM

Ok, so I had to reformat my laptop's HD this past week and pretty much have everything re-installed now.

When I use the BB Desktop Application Loader, there is NOTHING there.

Do I need to reinstall the OS to the hh again?

BTW--I am using OS 4.0.

Thanks

Jeff

Yes, you will have to reinstall the handheld software again

Thanks. That did the trick. I ran the HH app on the desktop, once it got to the stage where it would transfer the OS to the HH, it obvioulsy compared versions and knew I was going to install the same OS.

It then just made me click finish and I was done.

A lot less painful than I thought it may be.

Thanks again for the assistance.

Jeff
