Default BlackBerry 7250 upgrade to 4.1?

Please Login to Remove!

Anyone done this yet?

We have Verizon service and run BES 4.0.

Where do I get the files and information needed to perform the upgrade?

There is no 4.1 for the Verizon 7250 out yet.
Only GSM models.

You'd have to ask Verizon Wireless that...

Isn't this the 3rd or 4th 7250 to 4.1 thread in a week?

I still say develop a test to take and pass, maybe learning how to search before anyone can post. When I started here within minutes i knew I had to search for answers, and i learned to search before I could figure out how to post, mind you this is the first forum i belong to.

Sorry, it's just the the way of the internet. On any forum if you get 3 to 4 messages about the same thing in a week it gets old.

It happened to me in the past on other forums years back and I learned from it.

I'm on several forums.

I did a search and posted what I thought to be a legitimate question.

hmm, i just did a search for '7250 4.1' and found the answer listed in more than enough posts. Not sure how much more clear or easier it can be to search/understand the results.

Default Verizon Takes Their Time......

1st Post as a newbee:

I have a very close friend who is a Verizon dealer, and just by seeing how long it took them to offer the Motorola Razor, should tell everyone something.

They were the last cellular provider to offer it to their consumers at least here in the South Florida area. And I was told they were not happy with the software Motorola packaged within the Razor, so Verizon made them make changes to it, before they would release it to their consumers.

Hopefully this is maybe why they have not released the 4.1 for the BB. Maybe they are fine tuning it, just for us !

In the near furture, hopefully my newbee questions won't be overwhelming.

Thanks,

Matt
