Hi,

I have retired my 9xx series Blackberry for a new 7750 with voice,, what can I say it was a free trade in upgrade.. voice free for a year..

thought all was well,, however,, I attempted to install the desktop software onto my R31 IBM laptop(XP pro/Off 2003/ 512MB ram/40gb ...)

The install runs well, but when the Manager tries to launch, I get an NSD error,, tells me where to find the log and then dies,,,

My mail client is Lotus Notes 6.5.1

I would really like to get this Desktop Manager running,, but have no clue on this error,, never seen it before?

Any and All help is Greatly appreciated.
