Default Attachments on Verizon 7250 w/ Redirector

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,
I have been using my Verizon 7250 for quite some time now using the desktop redirector which connects to a Exchange server account.

My problem is that I receive emails with attachments (Word, Excel, jpg) and I don't know how to view them (if possible). I don't see any options in the menu when you click the button on the attachment.

Are attachments viewable without using the BES software?

I have searched other threads and they mainly talk about using BES software. I am checking to see if viewing attachments from the redirector on Exchange works or if BES is required.

Thanks in advance

7250 w/Verizon here. I dont use BES or the redirector. When I've received any 3 of the attachments you've mentioned. I'm able to scroll to and highlight the attachement itself, click scroll button, and then 'open attachment'. IF the attachment has been forwarded instead of being sent as a orginal email, I'm not able to open/view.

Ditto on all counts with a VZW 7250. I would stay away from the redirector only use it as a last resort.

I use redirector and have the same problem- when I receive an email through the web client, the attachments are able to be opened, but when my work emails are redirected, I am unable to open them. I feel like there has to be a way to fix this...

You cannot view Attachments using Redirector, you can only see attachments either if you have your mail sent through BIS (Web Client) or BES.

DTR does not support viewing attachments.
