Default Installed 4.1 - Now phone is locked

Please Login to Remove!

I have a 7520 an installed the new 4.1 OS now the 7520 screen reads "Enter Password" and my phone is locked (I did not have any passwords set up before the upgrade).

I tried using 0000, rebooting the phone, and reinstalling the OS and can not get the screen to go away.

Any ideas on how to unlock or reset my phone?

Thanks in advance,

Mike

Well if everything is backed up, go to the application loader and enter the password incorrectly 10 times and it will wipe everything out, including the password, then re-reun the app loader, install the OS and restore your last backup.

press alt and click wheel and select show all in the drop down menu. If it doesn't show up go to your BIS and resend the service books.
