Question Set Password and Lock Handheld Option

Please Login to Remove!

I am running BES If I use the option Set Password and Lock Handheld, the Blackberry I chose does lock and requires a password, however, each time that Blackberry is powered off and on, it asks for a password. How do you clear this?

Default Re: Set Password and Lock Handheld Option

If you set a password, then it is working as designed. The only way to clear this would to disable the password on the device.

When you take things for granted, the things you are granted, get taken.
