Cannot find backed up data - BB Protect

I backed up, using BB Protect, the data on my Storm 9500. Successfully completed from the phone.
Now, if I try to restore it, the application on the phone or the Protect website cannot find ANY backup.
Same goes when I try to restore the data onto my Bold 9780. It can find its own backups, but not the Storm's.
Any tip ?
