we have several users which change a calendar entry and those changes will not be syncronized to the HH. In the Log I we found something like this:

"OTAC calendar changes are insignificant, no update to send"

I think, a new start-time should be significant, shouldn't it ?

Does anybody know, under which circumstances the BES will detect the
changes as "insignificant"? Which rules will apply to this ?

it should work, make sure "Wireless Sync" option is checked in the Calendar Option on the handheld...not sure what else it could be.

I have the the same reports in my BES log's and strange as it is, the ref id correspontens with an item that spontaneously desappeares out of the BB Handheld. Switching off and on Wireless Synchronisation will solve te problem for an undifined period.
