Browser not loading

Whenever i try to use the browser it begins to load then stops and goes back to home page. I do the battery pull and I can use the browser few times and then the same problem happens again.
Does anyone know how to stop this from happening so I don't have to do the battery pull about 2 or 3 times a day. Thanks :-)

I would suggest upgrading the OS of your 9700.
