Default Sync Outlook forlders from Lotus Server email?

Please Login to Remove!

We currently use a Lotus Notes server for email at work. Nearly everyone but me uses Lotus Notes for email so they have no trouble syncing their email with the BB.
I hate LN and use Outlook for my email. Outlook pulls the email from the server and puts it on my PC.
I am currently getting the mail on both the BB and Outlook when my PC is on. Is there any way that I can sync the Outlook folders I have on the PC, but continue to use the BB when traveling? Essentially I have to use the server to GET the email, but want to sync with Outlook when I return to work to ORGANIZE the email and sync any organization or saves that I have done on the BB.
Any help would be appreciated as I am making the transition from a Treo 650 to the BB.
By the way, I am already syncing my contacts, notes, taskes and calander with Outlook to BB with no troubles.
