First of all, i have seen where an email will be on my BBerry in the morning, and when i go to read it in the afternoon, its gone.....gremlins i think....but it leads to this questions.

We are on a BES server, and i aslo recieve web mail via the tmo.blackberry address...

I am running 4.0 on the device, 7730

How does it decide which emails to keep and which to delete ? It does not match my outlook inbox.... I have 100 emails in it, but i only see alot of emails from the last two days on the bberry, if you look on days before that, there are none or very few....yet outlook still has 50-60 emails from previous days.....

Any thoughts ?

When i accept an apoinment, i now get the dreaded red x on the device, yet it does put it in my calander....

Which accounts are you missing mail from? Only the BES account, only the TMO account, or both?

Both, i believe. The only way emails should disappear from the tmo account is if i delete them,right ?
