Default Desktop Redirector- Please help (gonna get my ass kicked)

Please Login to Remove!

Hello.
I have one day to get this BB 7100 working via the desktop redirector software that is installed on this bosses machine, I have just installed the software, but how do I get all his email from his outlook onto the black berry ? and then how do I get the redirector software to work, I have the wireless turned on, the computer is switched on but I can see a way of making them talk to each other.
The Redirector software shows as 'running'
I have attached a screen shot of the software.

Please help !!!!!!

Thank you
Darnel

Instead of the redirector, you could setup BIS to grab his Outlook mail instead. A copy would still be in Outlook and wouldnt be deleted if he deletes it on the handheld. That might be a less complicated solution?
