Default Executive Send As

Executives often have assistants filter their mail and now e-mail. I have one executive that wants a private BB e-mail account and a seperate one the company will use. The staff will filter and take action on the company e-mail account and if personal or urgent forward to his provate bb account. When he sends from the private BB e-mail account he wants the reply to address to be the corporate account not the private account. I have two exchange accounts setup for him but I don't see a way to use BB filters or Outlook/exchange rules to get this done. Anyone else come across this?

I have a possible solution, and it only requires one account. Setup a new folder within Outlook, we'll call it "Response Required'. This folder should sync over to the BlackBerry. Now on the BlackBerry, change the folder redirection to NOT sync the inbox and to only sync the Response Required folder. When new mail comes in that needs to go to the executive all the assistant has to do is move it from the inbox to the Response Required folder. Once it shows up on the BlackBerry the executive can responde, delete, and even file the email away.

I never said this was a great solution. If no one else comes up with anything other ideas, at least you have a solution to offer.
