Default Error message on a T-Mobile 7230

I received a device Error 421 - Reset.

I would like to know what could have caused this error to show. Any ideas?

From the BlackBerry.Com database:

Errors 400-564 Page faults

Run Application Loader to reload the handheld’s operating system and applications.
