| If these devices are on BES, you can send a command down from BES to wipe the device. Or you can go to option->security and choose "Wipe Handheld" from the sub-menu.
If they aren't on BES, open the desktop manager, then the app loader, click next, then I think advanced. Choose "Wipe Application Data". That should wipe all personal info as well. |
