Default Reset or Delete

At our company we own a lot of those Black Berry 7230 Enterprise systems. And we have a lot of spare ones too, just in case that a user needs a back-up-berry. So we have some Berries here that regulary switch of user. To prevent, that mail of a particular user could be read by another we need to delete all the data on the Berry? Until now, we do that manual.

But is there maybe an option to reset the Berry? Or delete all data in just a few clicks? Or a sort of software to do that for us?

Thanks in advance.

If these devices are on BES, you can send a command down from BES to wipe the device. Or you can go to option->security and choose "Wipe Handheld" from the sub-menu.

If they aren't on BES, open the desktop manager, then the app loader, click next, then I think advanced. Choose "Wipe Application Data". That should wipe all personal info as well.
