Default 7250 os 4.0 way to only show incoming emails

alt-i helps but i have no need to mix the list of incoming calls w inbound email.

assuming the answer is no, is there the equivalent of a registry on bb's where you could make the alt-i the default setting?

Try going to phone options and then call logging. Set it to none and see if that helps you

Default good. worked perfectly.

not to grouse :D but too perfectly. unrelated to turning off logging, after several bt enabled voice calls, the battery died. since logging was turned off, i couldn't determine if i had somehow failed to hang up or dialed last number, draining the battery. so, i'll turn logging on again until i've fixed battery life problem.

Historically, the CDMA BlackBerrys have had the worst battery life of any BlackBerry. I would be interested to see how the 7250 - the best of the CDMA BBs to date, compares to the rest (in real life use - not what the spec sheet says).
