I just got a Nextel BB 7520 from Nextel last night, and am trying to get it connect to my corporate email (Exchange with Outlook 2003).
So far, i've installed the software, and it transferred all my contacts, which is a good start. Unfortunately, this only works when i am connected via USB to my PC, but not when it's over the air.
The BB Desktop Manager sees my BB just fine, and registers the PIN, but the desktop redirector does NOT , and i can't seem to get it to. It also seems to force to generate new encryption keys a LOT (like 10+ times so far)
Problem # 3 is that Nextel support doesn't work on the weekends any more (not sure when that started??), and my IT folks won't help me until Mon AM.
