Alright, tell me what the easiest way to do this and this may take some Lotus Notes expertise as wells, but the associates are having a big problem typing in names of e-mail address's they would like to create GROUPS and have them be on the Black Berry which isn't a problem BUT, is there a way to bring that group down to everyones name and address book LOCALLY? an easy way?

Second question - Has anyone synced their BlackBerry with like a Third Party mail source (ie: Yahoo or Hotmail) Reason I ask is my wife is pregnant now, and if I could share my Calendar on Yahoo or Hotmail and it would have the same appts as my blackBerry she would know where I was at all times. Is it possible?
