I have a bit of a problem that I'm hoping someone might be able to help me resolve.
I have a Blackberry 7290 registered with Cingular. I had been using the Blackberry Desktop Redirector to forward mail at my company to my handheld. I leave my notebook up and running and the status of the BDR looks fine.
However, recently - like within the last few days - BDR has stopped working as it did. Mail delivery is sporatic; sometimes it delivers, sometimes it doesn't, other times I get the same message multiple times.
After digging into it, I've noticed that the Pending count doesn't decrease on successful delivery of mail to the handheld. If I restart the BDR, the queue tends to clear but then I end up running into the same problem.
I have tried uninstalling all Blackberry software from my notebook, running DBClean against the Exchange mailbox, and then reinstalling. The same problem persists.
After I have turned on debugging for the BDR, I have noticed that a delivery confirmation isn't being received by the BDR from the handheld.
Has anyone seen this behavior before and might someone know how to resolve it? Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
