Please we are having some problems during the enterprise acivation of the Blackberry Handheld.
During enterprise activation, we get the error "message waiting for services" after which we get the an error message. On the BB manger 2 services are not starting, 1)BB policy service 2) BB synchronisation service. We are running BES 4.0 on windows 2003 sp1 with sql 2005. The mail server is MS exchange. we have 1)run the hotfix recommended by RIM, 2)reinstalled the window 2003 sp1 with sql 2000 3) run the hotfix on this new config. In all cases the 2 services are still not starting.
Could any one please help.

This should be in the BESAdmin corner but anyway....
When you try to start the 2 services what are the errors you are receiving? From the services MMC within Windows, if you try to start the services what is the error you receive.
