Default Desktop Redirector and mail2web

Please Login to Remove!

I signed up for an exchange mail account w/mail2web.com and I want to configure the redirector to interface with their server. Has anyone tried this and got it to work?

I don't know what their exchange server name is for the redirector account.

You need to have an Outlook profile built before you can use Desktop Redirector. If you don't have that information, you can't do it.

Right I know that. Question is I cannot find the exchange server name to populate the email account in Outlook.

Call the vendor. Without that, you are out of luck.

Found the server name (exchange.mail2web.com) - however it will not connect with my [email address]
