OK, I appologize if this has been solved 10 times and my MANY searches didn't dig it up because I used the wrong lingo or whatever. I really did look, I swear. I have even been emailing back and forth with someone from RIM and was on the phone with Cingular then RIM for about 3 hours the other day.
OK, so my problem is on 2 users I have them set up with the Desktop Redirector and everything worked fine until I moved the exchange server (moved to a newer machine and went from 5.5 ro 2003, fun fun). So one user (there are 3) I was able to get up and running fine by uninstalling the Desktop Manager and redirector and re-installing it. No problems, nothing funny. One the other 2 even after doing a uninstall and reinstall, plus the "clean uninstall" posted elsewhere on this forum, it is still leaving the "RIM_..." system messages in the inboxes of the other 2. I have also tried to use dbclean (got it from the guy at RIM) and it errors out and does nothing appreciable to the machine. Nothing seems to work.
So... that is where I am, tearing my hair out from frustration and so forth.
ANY help suggestion anything would be appreciated. I am at a loss.
