Lemme walk you through my problem:

Got a blackberry 7290 that is being replaced with a 8700r

backedup and restored most PIM databases to the new unit without problems. Adress book gives me an error and cancels sync. Tried syncing the old unit to ms Outlook. Worked fine, then I synched the MS database to the 'berry and it will only sync half the book and then stop.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Have confirmed that there is an entry for
1. name
2. surname
3 company
if any of these fields return a null value the sycn will fail
