Do you mean the "Refresh" menu item?

Or need a webpage to automatically refresh itself (META refresh tag)

Am aware of the Refresh menu item...looking for sites to update themselves after they have been accessed previously.

Ex.- In IE, Tools>Internet Options>General Tab>Settings>Radio button for checking new versions of page...I want Every Time

It's not possible. The only way to have a page check for a newer version is to manually select refresh or stop/start the mds service
