This message is usually caused by an incorrectly configured BlackBerry Desktop Redirector;

If you are using BWC, you should uninstall your BlackBerry Desktop Redirector.

where is the Blackberry Desjtop redirector? I was looking for it and could not find it. I am getting the same thing, but I am using the Blackberry Email address, not forwarding anything here at my personal computer.

ugh, all these abbreviations LOL I really need to get on the ball here. I am a longtime Treo 600 user that got sick of Palm Crashes, so now trying to get used to the RIM Slang is going to be an issue in itself!

Default Using BWC and redirector?

Just a quick question here.... I currently use the BWC for a personal web account, but I use the Desktop Redirector for my exchange account because I don't have access to a BES server. Is there anyway to stop receiving the etp.dat messages by still using the redirector?
