Default Redirect from multiple mailboxes

Please Login to Remove!

Let me set this up. I have multiple exchange mailboxes (set up by client) that two support people divide. I've got their Outlook profiles setup to access whichever clients the support person takes care of. This works well in Outlook, but is this supported using the BB Redirector? When I try to choose the folders in the Desktop Manager -- Redirector setup, only the users primary mailbox is there. I don't see the additional mailboxes listed at all. Is there something I need to do to enable this? I did some searching on this site as well as googling the issue, but I haven't come across any solutions.

Thanks in advance for any information you may have!!

Jeff

Default

If the accounts you have set up are divided specifically between each rep, you could set each of them up in BIS and have them flow to the BB that way.

If what was said is above is true and each rep is going to reply from only one e-mail address, then you could do what I described above, being sure to set the Reply-To address for each account set up in BIS to the one specific e-mail address.

This solution should get you where you need to be, but the drawback is any messages sent from the BB won't show up in the rep's Outlook box unless the rep copies (CC or BCC) themselves on each message sent from the BB.

Just my two cents.
