Exclamation Email Problems

Please Login to Remove!

Last week I noticed that one of my email accounts that I had forwarding my email to my blackberry was not working. Yesterday I then noticed that my othre email account was not forwarding my messages to my blackberry as well. When I try to login to "Email Settings", I put in my username and password and it does not let me log in and I know that my credintials are correct.

Is the username xyz or is it [email address]?

Also, my mom took my brother's blackberry and had it set up under her account. She is still receiving email messages from my brother's account. Do we need to delete that account from the phone and he said that he signed up through a website to forward his email. Is this correct? Which website is he talking about?

Thanks. Called Verizon before I got your post and they were actually very helpful surprisingly. Not sure what she did but all of a sudden I got about 15 email messages all at once. Now it is working!
