| VZW 7130e OS Please Login to Remove! I wanted to see what the consensus is from my fellow VZW 7130 owners on what OS they feel is giving them the best performance. I am running the Sasktel 4.1.0.291. BT stability is good, hate the squigly line for EVDO in Zen theme, battery drain I feel is slightly compromised, and the reception did not seem to change for the better or worse.
I am hoping the information we can gather from everyones input can help me and other VZW 7130 users choose the best performing OS. Thanks.
Please include any problems you have had with functionality from certain OS upgrades.

| exactly with no issues. This will probably be my 10th or so OS upgrade done to one of mine or a friends BB. I also followed Jibi's instructions at the end to add the ZEN theme to the JAVA folder.
Update went smooth, I am running ZEN but still have the }~
my device- v4.1.0.309 platform 2.2.0.120

my device- v4.1.0.309 platform 2.2.0.120 | Telestra .364 DOES fix the ~ on the signal readout ONLY FOR THE DIMENSION ICON, NOT ZEN, Telestra .364 DOES NOT COME WITH the ZEN theme. So, the only reason why you still see ~ on the zen theme is simple, telestra has nothing to do with the ZEN THEME...Telestra only comes with the DIMENSION ICON THEME.. | | Offline

| It does, however, work correctly with the Today themes, and shows the 1XEV properly. | | Offline

Edit: I broke the cardinal rule after reading a post: think, search, think again, then post...
I answered my question

| .364 I am running .364 with the Zen theme added, and everything seems to be running without any major issues. The issues that I have noticed are (and are probably related with running ZEN which is not part of the Telestra OS as stated above):
1.) Device seems slower (not unusable, but noticable)
2.) The icon for 1x/EVDO is missing
3.) No new message count next to any message icon on home screen. You just have a red * by the message icon indicating you have a new message.
I will edit and add to list as my time with this OS increases. I have been playing with it for about 24 hours (every spare moment)
