Default Mailstreet, BES 4, & 7520 - Mirror mailbox?

Please Login to Remove!

Have a brand new Nextel 7520 and it didn't do what I wanted it to, so I got a Mailstreet account and BES 4.0 addon from them. Now my new BB seems 100% better. Just a few issues...Im NEW to BB. I've gone thru every incarnation of a Nextel and decided I finally need to see what all the BB hype is about. So here I am. LOL.
So here's where I'm at. My mailstreet account works great. My Outlook works great. OWA works great. Cant get OMA to work on either my i730, i860 nor thie BB, but so what. LOL.
Email "seems" to work ok. I usually get it pretty quick!
If I create a calendar entry in OWA or Outlook, it shows up pretty fast.
Same with a new contact. Tasks stopped working.
NOW...it doesnt seem to work the other way around!
If I create a contact or task or calendar entry on BB, it does not show up in Outlook.
If I delete an email off handheld it will not delete on Outlook AND if I delete email in Outlook it will NOT delete on BB.
I'm a little confused now...sorry. LOL.
I guess essentially what I want to be able to do is "mirror" my mailstreet exchange box. When I make a change on either Outlook, OWA, or BB, it should reflect everywhere. Know what I mean? Sorry if I haven't posed this intelligibly.
I have Outlook 2003 (which works great). It is not in offline mode.
I have a NexHELL 7520 with 4.0.0.160
