Default Help with 8700

Please Login to Remove!

My boss got the new 8700 today. he wanted to load all of his stuff off the 7290 to the 8700. he went to load the info from the 7290 and thats when things went wrong. tried to load and now there is no os on the 8700. cant even get the 8700 to turn on. just get a intermittened red flashing light on the 8700. can anyone help?

Perhaps it's time for a complete wipe and reload of the OS?
