Hello All,

Came in this morning to a toasted BlackBerry server (version 4.1) and the recovery of the backup failed . Had to set it all back up from scratch. After setting it back up I keep getting the following messages in the Event Manager for every user:

{user@mycompany.com, PIN=*****, UserId=1}RequestHandler::SendSwitchService - Duplicate Source and Destination UIDs, S1059928, request aborted.

AND

{user@mycompany.com} Switching services - failed.

Any ideas what is going on? I set the server up exactly like I did the first time. Users are able to send mail but not receive it on their 8700 phones. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
