Default Verizon 4.1 won't sync w/Lotus Notes?

Please Login to Remove!

I am having trouble sync'ing with Lotus Notes 6.54 with the new 4.1 software. When I go into setup my PIM stuff and choose Lotus Notes, the ok button becomes greyed out. Any suggestions?

I'm wrestling with the same problem. It's driving me crazy. And to make things worse for troubleshooting, a handful of users can sync their Notes address book, but I haven't found the key to why they can and 99% of other users (including me) can't.

Same here. All of my coworkers seem to be working fine before and after the upgrade. All functions work for me with exception of the address book.

Default Blackberry Lotus Problem

I'm having the same issue here.

A user just got a new computer so I installed the desktop software(4.1) on his new computer. It won't sync the address book no matter what I do. It syncs fine on his older pc, with the older version of the desktop software (3.8)

This is one of many that have had this problem the last couple weeks.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
