So i have read lots about folks who can't get the "internal" handhelds going on messenger but I cannot get any "external" users to work. It happens that all the people I have tried have 8700v (UK Vodafone) & can all talk to others within thier organisations. However i cannot get thier's to work with mine. The request stays in the "pending" list even though either party has acceptted the invitation... Ideas?
