We have a few BB units in the office (no spares though). Most work pretty well but one person is having issues. Frequently pending messages stack up in his redirector and resetting the PC won't resolve the issue - only clearing the queue seems to help. The system then works for a while and then they build up in the queue again.
They are all running Office 2003 with the latest service packs and patches, Windows XP SP2 with all the latest patches. They all run Norton Antivirus Corporate 10.2 - turning it on or off doesn't change the issue. The firewall for the network is at the router, not at the workstations and the policies are the same for all workstations.
I tried updating to the latest firmware for the 7290 and it still occurs. It tried updating to the latest desktop redirector and it still happens. Any suggestions?
Is there a maximum amount of messages the BB can hold? Is there a way to check if the memory is full?
