I recently configured my 7130c with my corporate BES for Outlook integration, but I am not sure that the wireless synch is working correctly. When I go to my hh - messages, all of the messages I have received just stay there, even if I have read and filed them in Outlook. Even after a phsyical synch via the USB, the messages do not fall off or appear in my file folders. I know I am a BB noobie, but this doesn't seem correct to me based on the information I have read. Any thoughts?

E-Mail "reconciliation" should not be confused with syncing. Sync applies only to Contacts, Notes, tasks and Calendar. Not to e-mail.

Make sure that two settings are set properly:

Go into Messages -> Options -> General Options; make sure Hide Filed Messages is set to Yes.

Go back a level and go into E-Mail reconcilation; make sure Wireless Reconcile is set to On.

If that fails, please check with your BES administrators at work.

Hmmm...both of those settings were correct, so maybe it is something with the BES. Do you know if there are any problems using a BES for work e-mail and the BIS from Cingular for my personal e-mail on the same device?

There should not be any problems; lots of people do that. I do it with T-Mobile BIS and BES at work.
