Default unread message showing on a 7520

Please Login to Remove!

I have a user who's 7520 is showing two unread email messages. We cannot fine these message anywhere on the 7520, nor his Outlook. How can I clear the unread message count on the 7520?

Try removing the battery.

Also look in Saved Messages under the Messages folder. They could be there, "hiding".

scroll to todays date on the message screen and click the scroll wheel once then select delete prior.

that was it! They were in the 'saved messages' folder...

I forgot about that damn folder!
