Default INTELLISYNC issue....PLEASE HELP!

Could someone please advise me how to resolve a problem syncing my Blackberry with my desktop computer. I've tried reloading the software but still get the same message box (Titled INTELLISYNC) each time I try to sync.
Message is "Can't open default folder in group". No other info is given and I can't find anything in Options to help????? Please help.

What application are you using on your PC? Outlook?

Yes! MS Outlook...Sorry should have included that.

Is your Outlook database (contacts, calendar, todo) listed under your Personal Folders? Intellisync on the desktop manager can only sync the standard outlook database. You might also have a corrupted .pst outlook database. If you do a search on the forums you will find how to create a new database and import your corrupted data.

I changed everything and brought it all under "Personal Folders", as you suggested and that did the trick! Everything now seems to be working correctly....THANK YOU SO MUCH, I AM SO GRATEFUL.
