Is your Outlook database (contacts, calendar, todo) listed under your Personal Folders? Intellisync on the desktop manager can only sync the standard outlook database. You might also have a corrupted .pst outlook database. If you do a search on the forums you will find how to create a new database and import your corrupted data.

I changed everything and brought it all under "Personal Folders", as you suggested and that did the trick! Everything now seems to be working correctly....THANK YOU SO MUCH, I AM SO GRATEFUL.
