Default Help Wanted: BB 7250 Verizon

Please Login to Remove!

I purchased a Verizon BB 7250 and was unable to register the phone/email with my carrier in Canada. I sold the BB/paper weight. Customer claims he can not activate the data transfer/email with Verizon because it is with a Canadian carrier. The phone works. Could software be re-intalled to correct the issue? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Maybe the Canadian carrier took over the PIN? Give them a call and have them release it if so.

Thanks and will enquire. Also if the SID # from my dealer was entered into the phone and not removed, would this automatically send to a Canadian carrier? If so, is it as simple as changing the SID? Will Verizon give you the org/new SID# when registering with them?
