Default Desktop software issue after upgrading server

Please Login to Remove!

Two of us at work here recently got Blackberry 7100i. We used them for a month or so without the BES. Then we had a server upgrade from Novel to Microsoft Small Business. Our desktop computer were all configured for the new exchange server. Since then, my desktop software will not work. I can't unistall (I get a prompt that you can only uninstall products that are currently installed.) It appears that it is partially install under one of the users on this computer, and won't let me uninstall or reinstall. The network teck has worked on it for hours and can't figure it out. Does anyone know how to manually delete all the Blackberry desktop files?
