| | BES 4.1 randomly stops sending Email to Clients

Resently we upgraded Our BES to 4.1 and since then have been experiencing intermittant issues with the BES not forwarding Messages to individual Devices.
Taking a look at the logs give me no help as it just shows that the messaging are transfering between our BES and our Domino Server, but the BES will not send the message to the Client and the messages just queue.
The only resolution I have found so far is to restart the BES and all Services, and then make sure the messages start sending when the Server is restarted.
We are Running BES 4.1 on Windows 2000 SP4 (fully Patched) with Domino 6.5.1
we are running mixed Clients (4.0 and 4.1) due to battery drain issues with 4.1 on the unit, but the Client version does not make a difference, both 4.0 and 4.1 clients have stopped receiving E-mail.
It is not a simple issue of the client being out of service area as the problem will persist until I reboot the server, even if the client has had service the entire time.
Has anyone else run into this problem with 4.1?
