Before when I setup and got my BB 8700f working I was able to connect it to the laptop and still use all the Desktop Manager (DM) Icons and BB Device, now when I connect I cant do anything on the device as it just shows the "Connected to Desktop" screen and I can't do anything on the DM and the icons are greyed out?

Since the 1st time, I've had to get Orange Trials to send a replacement out and I'm setting it up for someone else.

I tried a few serches but can't find my answer, can anyone advise?
