Default Synch old e-mail on replacement 7280

Please Login to Remove!

I have received a replacement 7280 and want to synch old messages in my Exchange mailbox to the new device. I like to keep old messages for quick reference when I am on the road. Is there a way to get the old messages on the replacement without having a backup?

Other than mailing them to yourself, I'm unaware of any way to do it.

By e-mailing them to myself, I would loose the sender history. I can't believe there is not a solution to this, but I have looked everywhere and can't find anything. You would think there would be an option to synch e-mail from within Intellisync on the Desktop software.

I am having a similar issue. I want old messages in my Inbox and in subfolders within the Inbox to Synch. Is there any way to do this?

There's no way to sync old emails. When you upgrade to a new BB, if you want to keep your old email, you need to back it up from the old device and restore it to the new one.
