Exclamation problem with TMOBILE BLACKBERRY software - 08-04-2006, 03:47 PM

alright this is the problem.i have a tmobile blackberry 7290 and yesterday morning when i tried to use my phone the screen was frozen. This has happened before and usually i just take out the battery and the phone would reload. But when I tried to do this it just went back to my memo screen. When I move the trackwheel nothing happens and I have tried to do this many times. I can still get incoming calls but I cant pick up or call out of my phone. Does anyone know wat is wrong? Do I have to reinstall the software? thanks in advance.

I used a 7290 before and have not encountered thes issues. Do you know what version of software you are running? Approximately how old is the unit? Did you install any software prior to having these issues?
