We upgraded to BES 4.1 last month and then SP1 of Windows Server. We run Lotus Notes 6.5.4. When our standard broadcast messages to multiple groups are sent, the BES server stops processing messages and has to be re-started. In addition, the messages that were stuck in queue are not delivered to the handheld. BES says others are seeing this issue and plan to address in the BES SP2. We are finding it strange that these broadcasts existed before the upgrade to BES 4.1 and Before the application of SP1 from Windows. Any suggestions for remedy beyond "unistalling SP1" would be appreciated...
